How to find clarity when business feels complex

A practical starting point for founders who need to cut through noise, make better decisions, and move forward with confidence.

When everything feels important, it becomes hard to know what to do next. The most useful first step is often not another plan, but a clearer picture of what is really happening.

Start by separating the noise from the signal:

  • What decisions keep coming back unresolved?
  • Where is the team relying on memory instead of process?
  • Which activities create energy, progress, or profit?
  • Which activities drain time without moving the business forward?

Clarity gives you a better basis for action. Once the real issue is visible, the next step usually becomes much easier to choose.

This is the kind of thinking behind the Maddey Method: understand, analyse, design, implement, and evolve.
